We have found a known issue with some devices that cannot access the ticket submission link. Please try the following to address the issue:
1. For iOS users only: Make sure that your default browser is set to Safari. We have found that this issue sometimes occurs on iOS devices that use a different default browser than Safari.
2. Turn off any Ad Blockers.
3. Make sure that your network is not blocking traffic to the Tapjoy domain.
4. Clear your browser cache.
5. Make sure you are not using a VPN.
If you have tried all of the above, and still cannot submit a ticket, please create an FAQ ticket and select ‘Technical Issues’ from the dropdown menu. In your ticket, please provide the following information: Your Advertising ID, browser version, offer name you are having trouble with, and the app you are using.
